【摘要】 目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下经筛窦治疗爆裂性眶内侧壁骨折的可行性。方法：在鼻内窥镜下采用经筛窦术式治疗16例爆裂性眶内侧壁骨折病人，对其疗效进行分析。结果：随访0．5～1．0年，16例病人14例治愈，2例好转。结论：鼻内窥镜下经筛窦径路治疗爆裂性眶内侧壁骨折方法可行，不须做颜面部切口，视野清晰，不增加眶内新的损伤，术后反应轻，恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixteen patients of blow-out orbit fracture were treated by endoscope transethmoid sinus approach in our department from August, 1996 to April, 1999. There were 14 males and 2 females,ranging in age from 18 to 42 years old. The orbit fracture was diagnosed by CT scan. The causes of fracture were pugilism in 11,road accident in 2,stick damage in 2 and foot kick injury in 1. Results showed that the cure rate was 87. 5 % (14/16),effective rate was 100.0% (16/16) during follow-up on 0. 5~ 1.0 year.The advantages of this surgical procedure were no facial incision,clear operative visual field,mild normal tissue damage and fast recovery.更多还原
