大型再热式汽轮机工业抽汽过热度利用研究
Research of Superheat Utilization in Industrial Extraction Steam to Large Reheat Turbine
【摘要】 针对大型再热式汽轮机因工业抽汽过热度大,造成作功能力损失大.产生能源浪费的现状.提出了合理设置 供热抽汽冷却器.降低工业抽汽过热度,并将该热且回注于汽轮机回热系统.以提高热经济性的利用方案。依据等效热降 法对工业抽汽过热度利用问题进行了理论分析,并提出了相应的解算数学模型。
【Abstract】 In view of large waste of energy caused by the large of degree of superheat, the author provide a method and corresponding mathematical model of utilization of heat of superheat.The calculation result of a case study indicates that the method is right and the effective of energy saving is remarkable.
