窑用木材含水率联机测量系统

【摘要】 系统采用新颖的具有分压法补偿式测量电路的电导变送器与微机组成木材含水率联机测量系统 ,对烘干过程中木材水分的变化和温度的变化进行实时在线监测 ;可由快速失重式水分测量装置随时进行标定。系统具有树种校正功能、温度补偿功能、双对数曲线计算、历史趋势图设计等功能

【Abstract】 The lumber moisture content measuring system is composed of computer and the conductivity transmitter with novel share voltage compensation circuit.It is used for on_line measuring lumber moisture content and temperature in the kiln .It can be checked by rapid weight_loss equipment.The system possesses species correction function,temperature compensation function,double logarithm curve calculation and history tendency chart design function.
