【Abstract】 City is the physical carrier for human beings to exist and live in. In order to create a surroundings for sustainable development of city, planning ideology should experience three transformations as follows:(1)accepting the existence of city scale limitation which is determined by the co effects of natural endurance, environment pollution and the harness ability; (2)setting up a stable, reliable eclogical network to guarantee the rational metabolism velocity of the city; (3)shifting from functional layout planning to functional efficacious planning.更多还原
