巨磁电阻氧化物光激发下的光电导效应
PHOTOCOUDUCTIVITY IN COLOSSAL MAGNETORESISTANCE OXIDE BY PHOTOEXCITATION
【摘要】 通过光激发手段 ,我们观测到 (La ,Ca)MnOδ 输运特性的变化 .对于缺氧类薄膜 ,光照使得薄膜的相变温度提高 .而对富氧类薄膜 ,光照后的输运特性变化则相反 .所有光照后的样品特性在室温下几天后都可以驰豫回到原状态 .结果表明 ,这类巨磁电阻氧化物存在非热效应的光电导性质
【Abstract】 We show evidence for the changes of the transport properties In(La,Ca)MnO\- δ thin films by photoexcitation. The transition temperature T\-c is enhanced in an oxygen deficient thin films after illumination. The dependence of the resistance for an oxygen rich thin films on the temperature is contrast to that in an oxygen deficient thin films. All the photoinduced changes relax back at room temperature of the order of days. The results state that a nonthermalphotoconductivity effect may exist in colossal magnetoresistance oxide.
