低温液体换热中的污垢问题

【摘要】 低温液体纯度较高 ,由其换热所导致的污垢问题常常被忽略。但即使纯度很高的低温液体 ,存在其中的痕量杂质如CO2 和碳氢化合物也可能造成污垢沉积 ,特别是对于沸腾换热。由于低温液体的临界热流较低 ,而换热又常常在临界热流附近进行 ,若由于污垢沉积而导致壁面温度升高 ,将造成沸腾危机甚至设备烧毁。所以 ,认识低温液体换热中污垢发生的内在机制有着较重要的意义。本文对低温液体换热中的污垢现象、影响参数及溶解度计算等问题进行了综述。

【Abstract】 Fouling resulting from the heat transfer of cryogenic liquids is usually not considered a serious problem,since the purity of the liquids involved is high.However,even with careful purification,accumulation of trace amounts of impurity,such as carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons in the liquids may cause fouling on heat transfer surface,especially for boiling heat transfer.As the critical heat flux for boiling cryogenic liquids is low,the heat transfer usually occurs close to the critical heat flux.If the wall temperature is increased locally due to fouling,this may lead to boiling crisis and burn out.Therefore,it is essential to understand the mechanism of fouling in heat transfer of cryogenic liquids.In this paper the fouling phenomena in heat transfer of cryogenic liquids,impact parameters and solubility calculations are reviewed.
