百叶窗浓缩器性能的试验及数值模拟研究
Experiment and Numerical Simulation Study about Performance of Louver Pulverized Coal Concentrator
【摘要】 对百叶窗浓缩器性能进行了深入的试验和数值模拟研究 ,详细分析了百叶窗结构、气流等因素对此浓缩器浓淡风比、阻力系数、浓缩率、分离效率等性能参数的影响 ,优化了百叶窗结构。研究表明 ,该浓缩器具有浓缩效果好 ,阻力低 ,气流分配适中等优点。图 1 2参 7
【Abstract】 In this paper, the performances of louver concentrator were studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. A lot of analyse and research works were done to present how louver stucture and flow conditions affected the performances of the concentrator, which included ratio of flux of rich and lean air、 resistance coeffient、 concentration ratio、 separation efficiency. And the optimization louver structure was put forward. It is showed that the virtue of the louver concentrator are good concentration effect、 low resistance、 mezzo air distribution.
