【Abstract】 Korea is a rather special country. The strong government and its ability of making overall plan and taking all factors into consideration enable Korea to cover the industrialization press from imitation to innovation. Technology advancement and factor increase are the wings helping Korean industrialization and economy fly. The government plays a very important role in Korean technology advancement. It is good at inspiring the enterprises’ demand on technology advancement by creating constructive crisis, and supplies the enterprises with necessary technology headspring at right time. Meanwhile, it prompts the technologies spreading abroad in the whole country. This paper uses microeconomical method to lucubrate the role Korean government plays in enhancing Korean enterprises’ abilities of gaining production, investment and innovation, then ,analyses its inspiration to China.更多还原
