肿瘤患者与正常人PBMC对IL-2的应答反应

【摘要】 目的 :了解肿瘤患者外周血单核细胞对IL -2的刺激反应 ,同时比较荷瘤与非荷瘤患者间的差异。方法 :采用外周血单核细胞培养和ELISA定量检测法。结果 :肿瘤患者血清TNFα与IL -1α高于正常对照 ,体外刺激PBMC分泌TNFα与IL -1α的能力低于正常人 ,但荷瘤与非荷瘤患者之间无差异。结论 :肿瘤患者PMC对IL -2的应激反应低于正常对照

【Abstract】 Objectives:Toobservetheresponseofperipheralbloodmononuclearcell(PBMC)tothestimulation ofIL -2andtocomparethedifferenceoftheresponsebetweencancerpatientsandnormalcontrolgroup.Methods: CulturingPBMCinvitroanddetectingTNFα(tumornecrosisfactorα),IL -1α(interlukin1α)andIL -6 (interlukin6)byELISA.Results:TheTNFαandIL -2ofseruminthecancerpatientsweresignificantlyhigher thanthoseinthecontrolgroup.ThecapacityofexcretingTNFαandIL -1αofPBMCafterastimulationbyIL - 2invitrointhecancerpatientswasprominentlydepressedincomparisonwiththatofnormalpeople.Conclusion: TheresponseofPBMCtothestimulationofLI-2inthecancerpatientsislowerthanthatinnormalpeople.
