【摘要】 目的 :报导21例合并不全性神经功能损伤脊柱胸腰段爆裂型骨折早期手术治疗的临床效果。方法 :以术前X片、CT影像及临床症状作为手术依据 ,采用后路切开复位、双哈氏棒撑开固定。结果 :21例均收到满意疗效。结论 :胸腰段脊柱爆裂型骨折合并不全性神经损伤应早期积极手术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of the early operation on the burst fracture of spine bone in the segment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae in 21 cases who are complicated with incomplete neurotmesis. Methods: Cutting,exposing and restoring the fractured bone from the behind at first and then fixing the bone with two Hare’s sticks on the basis of the X-ray examination, CT image and clinical manifestations of the patients before the operation. Result: 21 patients who accepted the operation have all got a good therapeutic effect. Conclusion: The early operation should be administered when the burst fracture complicated with incomplete neurotmesis happens in the segment of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae.更多还原
