【摘要】 为探讨“祛斑霜”治疗黄褐斑的作用机制 ,对黄褐斑患者外用“祛斑霜”前后血清中SOD活性的变化以及皮肤外涂“祛斑霜”的小鼠局部皮肤组织液中SOD活性的变化进行了检测分析。结果表明 ,用药后黄褐斑患者血清及实验小鼠用药处皮肤组织液SOD活性均明显增高 ,表明提高机体SOD活性 ,清除多余超氧自由基 ,减少黑色素形成 ,是“祛斑霜”治疗黄褐斑的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To inquire into the mechanism of the `Removing-macule Cream’ in treating patients with chloasma,we measured and analyzed the change of SOD in homognizer of the mice skin and in serum of the patients before and after treatment.The result showed that the level of SOD activity increased remarkably.The study showed that elevating SOD activity,clearing away the unnecessary O 2 to reduce the melanin formation is one of the mechanism of the `Removing-macule Cream’in treating patients with chloasma.
