【摘要】 目的 :说明PCNA含量及DNA含量联合检测在子宫内膜癌及癌前病变中的诊断意义 ;两种取材方法对结果的影响 ,以探讨临床工作采用新鲜标本作为早期诊断的辅助手段是可行的。方法 :采用流式细胞术联合检测 57例子宫内膜癌及各种增生的子宫内膜组织的PCNA及DNA含量。结果 :PCNA含量及DNA含量在正常子宫内膜、良性增生过长和不典型增生及内膜癌的差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,PCNA含量与DNA含量呈完全正相关 ,石蜡包埋标本及新鲜标本的两种取材方法PCNA含量、DNA含量比较无差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :PCNA含量及DNA含量、异倍体率随子宫内膜增生程度的加重呈递增趋势 ,其测定为内膜癌及癌前病变的早期诊断及鉴别诊断提供了一客观定量的指标。但两种检测值在各种病变之间均有部分病例有重叠交叉现象 ,联合检测可减少漏诊 ,并且采用新鲜标本作为早期诊断的辅助手段是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was to show the importance of mesaure of both PCNA and DNA in the diagnosis of carcinoma and precancerous lesion of endometrium. Method:The flow Cytometry was used to measure the contents of both PCNA and DNA of endometria tissues in 9 patients with and carcinoma of endometrium and 48persons without carcinoma.Results:The contents of PCNA and DNA were diffterent in the normal endometria,various hyperplastic endometria and carcinoma endometria(P<0 01). The contents of PCNA and DNA are completely positive relation.Conclusion:The detection of content of PCNA and DNA,was helpful to diagnose the carcinoma and different hyperplastic lesions of endometria.
