退火组织慢速加热时奥氏体的几种形态
Several Morphologies of Austenites during Slowly-Heating-Up of Annealed Structure
【摘要】 30CrMnSiA钢退火组织在慢速(0.5℃/min)加热过程中,在铁素体/渗碳体界面上形成的奥氏体可以沿其界面生长呈条状向珠光体侧生长、呈长轴状或向铁素体侧长成针状;而在铁素体晶粒内首次发现形成的奥氏体将是针状、平行四边形状或正六边形状.并区在其上可出现与之平行或具有一定夹角的奥氏体针.对奥氏体形成的几种不同形态提出了新的见解.
【Abstract】 During hating annealed structure of steel 30CrMnSiA at the rate of 0.5℃ /min, austenites nucleating at the ferrite/cementite interfaces grow along the interfaces in the form of plate,into pearlites with long axial allotriornorphy or into ferrites in acciculaum.It first found that austenites could grow within a ferrite grain in the shapes of aciculum, parallelogram or regular hexagon. And some acicular austenites which were parallel to or at certain angles to them would appear. Puts forward a new model about several morphologies of austenite’s formation.
