【Abstract】 Why should we say that the non\|state\|owned economy is no logner supplement but a vital component of the socialist market economy in our country? This paper holds that this is a correct judgment in accordance with the shift of the ownership system and the development of the non\|state\|owned economy. It’s also true for the necessity of regulating the overall arrangement of the state\|owned economy strategically, and of reorganizing the state\|owned enterprises.
