【摘要】 对于现代企业制度的建设 ,既要建设现代企业的经济制度、政治法律制度 ,也必须进行现代企业伦理制度的建设。在我国现代企业伦理制度模式的建构中 ,实践强烈呼唤人们进行深层次的理性思考。本文揭示了中国现代企业伦理制度模式构建中 ,应注重特殊“伦理例外”的研究 ;注重企业员工生产行为的分解与整合的结合研究 ;坚持内因与外因相统一的企业道德性决策动力的研究 ;坚持企业伦理为实现企业员工个人价值和社会价值寻求科学定位的研究 ;强化企业伦理时空观的研究 ;加强企业公正的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 To construct modern enterprises system will construct not only the system of economy,politics and law,but also the system of ethic.During the construction for ethical system model,practice requires people to deliberate more deeply and rationally.This article reveals profoundly that the special reseach like “ethic exception” and the research of employers actions through disintegration and integration both count for much;that the study on motivation of enterprises ethical decision by integrating internal and external causes,and the study on enterprises ethical seeking a scientific judgment for individual’s and social values of employers,should be both insisted on;that the objective and just researches ought to be strengthened.更多还原
