350MVA冲击发电机轴承设计及轴承-转子系统稳定性研究

【摘要】 本文研究了 3 5 0MVA冲击发电机轴承设计和轴承 转子系统稳定性问题。采用有限差分 特征矢量法计算轴承静动特性 ,采用传递矩阵 特征方程求根方法计算轴系稳定性。轴承结构型式采用椭圆轴承 ,经过多种参数的选择和调整 ,并反复计算轴承静动特性和轴系稳定性 ,确定的轴承型式及参数完全满足冲击发电机的特殊要求。

【Abstract】 The bearing design and stability of rotor bearing system for a 350MVA pulse generator have been investigated in this paper.The static and dynamic performances of the bearing have been calculated with a program based on the finite difference characteristic vector method.The stability of rotor bearing system was calculated by means of transfer matrix eigenvalueequation solution method.A elliptic journal bearing has been adopted.Through adjustment of parameters combined with a lot of calculations for the bearing performance and rotor bearing stability,the designed bearing can meet the requirements of the generator.
