【摘要】 敦煌有着很深的酒文化积淀。敦煌人饮酒的历史，至迟可以追溯到汉代。敦煌的饮酒风习很盛，酒在敦煌人的生活中扮演着很重要的角色。各种活动都少不了酒，如宴会、祭拜、招待使节、婚丧、庆典等。敦煌几乎各社会、各阶层的人均饮酒，寺院的僧人、尼姑也不例外。敦煌人的饮酒方式既有“喧拳”，也有文雅的筹令；敦煌人好喝酒，敦煌酒的销量很大，除了敦煌有悠久的造酒、饮酒传统外，也与敦煌所处交通要道有关，往来的商旅和使节影响着敦煌酒的供求关系，还与敦煌粮食产量相对富裕有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The history of Drink in Dunhuang can be dated back to the Han Dynasty. During tile period of the Tang and the Five Dynasties, drink had become common practice among the Dunhuang people and played the important part of the daily life. Drink was used to banquets, sacrificial rites, wedding ceremony and entertaining guests. Drinkers were distributed all anal stratums. Many people, regardless of men and women, old and young, officials and common people, even Buddhist monks and nuns, liked to drink. The drink custom was recorded in a lot of Dunhuang Manuscripts. Through these records, it is can be said that the drink custom of Dunhuang in the Tang and the Five Dynasties was effected by varied culture from Central Plain of China and Central Asia and other areas.更多还原
