RFL体系中加入TDI对芳纶帘线粘合效果的影响
Effect of Blocked TDI on the RFL Adhesive System for Aramid Cord
【摘要】 含封闭TDI的RFL体系对芳纶帘线的表面处理主要有两个方面的作用:一是TDI中的-N=C=O与芳纶帘线发生化学反应,从而胶膜在帘线与橡胶之间起到界面架桥作用;二是由于TDI是强极性基团物质,对RFL体系起到一定的破坏作用。本试验在基本RFL体系的基础上进行改性,主要调整TDI的质量分数,对芳纶帘线与橡胶的粘合效果起到了良好的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Based on RFL dipping system for traditional cords, the modified RFL system for aramid cords is achieved by adding blocked TDI. Blocked TDI influences the properties of the RFL dipping system as follow: first, 桸 = C = 0 in TDI adheres aramid cords by chemical reaction, which helps to improve the adhesion between the aramid cords and rubber. Second, there are polar radicals in blocked TDI, which leads to loss the stability of the whole system. How to adjust two opposite effects is discussed in this paper. At the same time, the interface between rubber and aramid cords has been observed by SEM and investigated in this paper.
