预防全椎板切除后椎管再狭窄的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨多孔磷酸钙人工椎板预防全椎板切除后椎管再狭窄的效果。方法 :以家兔为动物模型 ,行全椎板切除术后多孔磷酸钙人工椎板置换 ,大体观察、切片病理观察、CT扫描和三维结构重建 ,计算机图像分析定量测定椎管面积和矢状径。结果 :多孔磷酸钙人工椎板节段的椎管面积和矢状径比空白节段明显增大 ( P<0 .0 1) ,与正常对照节段无显著性差异。结论 :多孔磷酸钙人工椎板能有效地预防椎板再生后椎管狭窄 ,并认为椎管狭窄与纤维组织的侵入有关

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the prevention of recurrent stenosis after laminectomy in rabbits. Methods: Porous calicium phosphate artificial lamina was used in rabbits after total laminectomy. Evaluation was done by gross anatomical appearance, microscopical evaluation, CT scan and computed imaging analysis. Results: The area and sagittal diameter of spinal canal of lamina implanted sites was larger than unimplanted ites( P <0.01), and no significant difference was found between the implanted group and control group. Conclusion: The porous calcium phosphate artificial lamina can prevent recurrent stenosis after laminectomy. Bone regeneration after laminectomy may cause spinal stenosis, which is related with the invasion of fibrous tissue.
