原发性高血压病人平板运动前后血小板聚集率、血脂、内皮素变化研究
The Study of Changes in Platelet Aggregation Rate, Serum Lipids, Serum Endothelin before and after Treadmill Exercise in Essential Hypertention
【摘要】 目的 观察原发性高血 压(CH)病人平板运动前后血小板聚集率(PA)、血脂、内皮素的变化。方法 1.选取55例原发性高血压、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病人(男性30例,女性25例),据1993年WHO EH诊断标准诊断,排除平板运动方式的禁忌证;2.试验前休息20min,然后测血压、心率,抽取肘正中静脉血10ml化验;3.平板运动停止后6min,重复抽血化验血小板聚集率、血脂、内皮素。结果 1.运动后血脂(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)与运动前相比TG增高、LDL-C增高有显著差异(P<0.01),TC变化虽然没有显著性,但也有升高趋势。2.运动后血小板聚集率明显高于运动前水平(P<0.01)。3.运动后内皮素水平与运动前相比明显增高(P<0.01)。4.运动后PAR,TG,TC,HOL-C,LDL-C,ET改变存在一定的相关性。结论 1.急性运动可以显著升高血小板聚集率、血脂、内皮素。2.它们可以作为预测高血压并发症的指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes in PA, blood lipids and plasma en-dothelin in essential hypertension patients be-fore and after treadmill test . Methods 1. 55patients with stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ EH (male 30, female 25) were selected according to the Standard of 1993 WHO EH diagnosis Standard, The patients who had the contramdication of the treadmill test were excluded. 2. After resting for 20 minutes, the patients underwent the test Then we recorded their BP, HR and took 10 ml blood sample from the vena intermedia cubiti. And the plasma concentration of PA, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and ET were measured. 3. Six minutes after the end of the treadmill test we took the blood sample again and examined PA, CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and ET of plasma either. Results 1. The blood Ievels of lipids (TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and ET and PAR increased significantly after the treadmill exer-cise(P<0. 01) . Plasma Ievels of TC also increased , but the change was not statistically significant. 2.The changes of PAR, TG, TC, HDL -C, LDL -C, ET of plasma after the treadmill test are closely correlated with each other. Conclusions 1 Platelet aggregation rate, blood lipid, Endothelin increased significantly after a-cute exercise. PA, plasma lipid and ET are independent risk factors of hypertension and coro-nary heart disease. 2. They can be used as pre-dictors of the complications of hypertension.
