遥感与地理信息系统技术用于水电梯级开发的环境影响评价
RS and GIS technique applying to assessment of hydropowercascade development impact to environment
【摘要】 应用多时相遥感动态分析方法对流域梯级开发后全流域生态环境、社会环境以及经 济环境等多种环境因子的变化情况进行调查分析。探讨了利用GIS与RS技术对流域环境进行 动态监测分析,并建立环境影响指标数据库。文中叙述了应用地理信息系统技术对流域梯级 开发进行环境影响的动态评价的重要性。
【Abstract】 A dynamic multi-temporal remote sensing analysis method was applied to investigation analysis of ecological, social and economic environmental elements change in whole basin after cascade developmen t. RS and GIS technique was applied to dynamic monitoring analysis of basin env iro nment, and the establishment of environment impact target database. The pape r ex pounds importance of dynamic assessment of basin cascade development impact to e nvironment by RS and GIS technique.
