【Abstract】 With commercialization of transgenic plants increasing,transgenic technology of plants will bring a new novelty for agriculture.No longer is it sufficient merely to introduce a gene into a plant.The new generation of technology requires that genes be introduced into agronomically important crops in single copy and without the integration or extraneous vector backbone sequences and even marker genes.The expression of transgenes must be predictable and consistent and stable among numerous independent transformants.It is discussed the questions related marker gens and their elimination.$$$$更多还原
