聚硅硫酸铁混凝性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on Turbidity Removal Behavior of PFSS Flocculant
【摘要】 采用复合共聚生产工艺 ,以Fe2 (SO4 ) 3、H2 SO4 和Na2 SiO3 为原料 ,制备聚合硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)混凝剂。采用正交试验方法 ,研究了Fe3+/SiO2 摩尔比、pH、加药量对混凝效果的影响 ,与聚合氯化铝 (PAC)对比试验结果表明 :PFSS比PAC具有更好的去浊的效果。
【Abstract】 A polyferric silicate sulfate(PFSS) flocculant was prepared by Fe 2(SO 4) 3and Na 2SiO 3 as raw materials.The best preparation condition is that pH value is 5.5-5.8,SiO 2 content is 2.2-2.5%,Fe 3+ /SiO 2 molar ratio is 1.0.The experiments of turbidity removal showed that PFSS have more effectiveness than polyaluminum chloride(PAC).
