锂离子电池极片涂布技术和设备研究

【摘要】 依据锂离子电池浆料流变特性选用特殊结构的辊涂工艺进行极片均匀涂布。专门设计的机电一体化涂布装置由计算机控制进行定长分段涂布和正反面叠合涂布。优化设计的热风冲击干燥器高效干燥浆料涂层。涂布设备的技术性能完全满足锂离子电池制作要求

【Abstract】 The special roller coating technology for electrode coating was chosen on the basis of rheologic property of the slurries.The electrodes segment coated on front side and backside separately in fixed length by the special designed mechanic-electronic coating equipment that controlled by the computer.The optimum designed hot air impinging dryer provided high drying efficiency for thicker slurries coating layer.The technical parameter of the coating machine could meet the requirement for manufacture of the lithium ion battery.
