炭黑和石墨填充聚乙烯导电复合材料电阻的外场依赖性
EXTERNAL FIELD DEPENDENCE OF RESISTIVITY FOR CARBON BLACK OR GRAPHITE FILLED POLYETHYLENE CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITES
【摘要】 研究了炭黑和石墨填充高密度聚乙烯复合材料的导电性,结果表明,温度场、轴向压力场和交流电场均影响材料的导电位.对于电阻对外场的响应,外场的临界值具有明显的填料浓度依赖性.
【Abstract】 The resistivity of carbon black or graphite filled high density polyethylene composites in external fields were studied. The results showed that. besides thermal field. the uniaxial compression and alternative electrical fields also influence the conductive properties of the composites. The critical values of external fields at which the resistance changes significantly were mainly controlled by the contents of conductive fillers. The resistivity responses of the composites upon external fields were resulted from the change in both the volume fraction of conductive particles and the nature of conductive network.
