【Abstract】 With a new procedure designed by the authors the major fluoride - resistance gene was incorporated into good silkworm (Bombyx mori) races and made homogenous and stable. As a result, a few fluoride - resistant germplasms were obained, the 2 - 4th instar larvae of which showed resistance to fluoride at concentrations above 200 ppm and the good characters of the original races were successfully maintained or improved.更多还原
