【Abstract】 Sheng”(生) is an affix developing from modern Chinese.It originated in Tang and Five Dynasties,flowerishinged in two periods of Song Dynasty,then gradually shrank in Yuan and Ming Dynasties.Today,only some special dialects of modern Chinese keep its usage.In grammar,“sheng” is used as an affix,but not as an auxiliary word.Its essencial usage is to put behind words to express a kind of classified meaning of a convinced object’s condition or its state of affairs.“sheng” originated from Chinese spoken language.更多还原
