两种悬置元件的对比试验研究
Experimental Comparative Research on Two Mounting Components
【摘要】 目的 为有效隔离某大功率军用柴油机的振动对车架及车体的影响 ,满足装车可靠性 ,要求合理选用高效减振装置以减少发动机的振动和噪声 .方法 针对两种悬置元件橡胶减振器和钢丝绳减振器 .为预测装车后减振器的隔振性能和发动机的振动情况 ,分别对它们进行了静态特性、模拟装车后的动态特性和发动机台架振动烈度试验 .结果 通过试验对两种悬置元件进行了对比、分析 .结论 通过对比分析 ,初步估计采用钢丝绳减振器可以较橡胶减振器更好地满足某大功率军用柴油机的隔振要求
【Abstract】 Aim\ In order to isolate the inflnence of the vibration of an armored high power diesel on the frame and the body effectively and satisfy the installation reliability, a high efficient isolator should be chosen reasonably to decrease the vibration and noise. Methods\ Static and dynamic characteristics on two mounting components (a rubber isolator and a steel wire isolator) are simulated and tested to forecast the isolating capabilities and the vibration of the diesel after the isolator was installed. Results\ Two mounting components were compared and analyzed in experiments. Conclusion\ It is estimated primarily that steel wire isolators are better than rubber absorbers to satisfy the isolation requirement for the armored high power diesel engine.
