直接空冷装置经济性诊断理论的研究
Research on Thermo-economics Diagnostic Theory of Direct Air-cooled Devices
【摘要】 目的 建立直接空冷装置运行经济性的诊断方法 .方法 采用直接空冷装置凝汽器压力变工况的计算方法 .结果 通过实例计算得出空冷装置凝汽器热负荷和外界环境温度对凝汽器压力运行标准值的影响规律 ,以及直接空冷装置凝汽器压力运行偏差对机组经济性的影响 .结论 首次提出直接空冷装置凝汽器压力运行标准值的负荷特性和环境特性 ,得出直接空冷装置运行经济性的诊断理论 ,为提高直接空冷装置的性能提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 Aim\ To build up a thermo economics diagnostic method of direct air cooled devices. Methods\ The part load operation calculation model of condenser pressure is used. Results\ Rules of the standard condenser pressure value influenced by heat load and environment temperature are obtained by calculating examples, the calculation method of the thermo economics indicators influenced by difference of condenser pressure is established. Conclusion\ Load characteristics and environment characteristics of the standard condenser pressure value are put forward. Then the thermo economics diagnostic theory of direct air cooled devices is proposed. These provide strong theoretical basis for improving the performance of direct air cooled system.
