【Abstract】 Along with the shift of the economic system from the planned one into the market, the demand of market has become an increasingly important factor in the allocation of the urban land resources, and the uncertain of this demand an essential topic for the study of the urban development strategy. With Zhuhai as a case, this paper discusses the policy to deal with this issue; hopefully it is of reference to the new round of the urban development strategy.更多还原
