【Abstract】 The author analyzed the nature of the redevelopment and the feature of resources of urban waterfront area. Taking Hankou historic district along the Yangtze River as an example,the questions of policy and law in redevelopment process of water area were discussed,the successsful experiences in overseas were introduced,and the policy and law system as well as the implemented strategies of development,utilization and conservation for urban waterfront area studied.更多还原
