【摘要】 文章从国有股流通的时机入手，分析了国有股上市流通的现状和面临的问题并提出了思路与对策。

【Abstract】 After studying the proper moment for the circulation of the state-owned stocks,the author probes into the present situation of the circulation of the state-owned stocks and the problems that the circulation is facing,then puts forward the principles to tackle the problems and some counter-measures.
