SNY3型啮合仪智能化的实现方法
ON HOW TO REALIZE THE INTELLECTUALIATION OF SNY3 MODEL ENGAGE AAUGE
【摘要】 阐述了用微电子技术,传感器技术和程序设计技术使SNY3型双面齿轮啮合伙实现智 能化的一种方法.改造后的齿轮啮合仪实现了测量一击径向综合误差和齿轮径向综合 误差的全自动化以及误差的动态显示,提高了互换性与技术测量课程的实验教学效果, 也为非智能化仪器的智能化改造探索出了一种方法.
【Abstract】 This paper describles a method which makes the SNY3 model engage gauge intellectualized with micro - electronics, introducer and programming. In addition to showing error data dynamically, the modified gauge can measure △F_i and △F_I" automatically, which improves the expcriment teaching effect of the lecture for convertibilityand technology measurement and also seeks a way of being intellectualized for non - intellectualized gauges.
