磷锑酸钠快离子导体的合成与电性质研究
Synthesis of Sodium Phosphatoantimonate as Fast Ionic Conductor and Study on Its Electrical Properties
【摘要】 采用高温固相法合成了具有快离子传输性质的三种磷锑酸钠化合物Na5Sb5P2O20、NaSbP2O8和NaSb2PO8。利用粉末X射线衍射、扫描电镜、成分分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征,在指标化程序上将Na5Sb5PO20、NaSbP2O8化合物的粉末X射线衍射峰指标化。研究表明该系列化合物具有良好的导电性和较低的电导活化能。
【Abstract】 A series of sodium phosphatoantlmonatcs including Na5Sb5P2O21, ,NaSbP2Oe and NaSb2POa were synthesized by conventional synthetic method. The materials were characterized by XRD,IR,and SEM. The X-ray powder diffraction patterns of Na5Sb5P2O2o and NaSbP2O8 were indexed by characterization program. High conductivity and low conduction activation energy of sodium phosphatoantimonates were found.
