【摘要】 提出了拉深加工过程中的摩擦问题,分析了金属板料拉深摩擦问题国内外研究现状。重点介绍了能相对真实地反映拉深过程中法兰处摩擦与润滑变化规律的探针法及其在汽车工业中的应用。

【Abstract】 Friction issue in deep drawing is investigated .the progress in tribological investigation of metalblank deep drawing is analyzed Probe test method that can reveal the relationship of friction and lubrication in deep drawing and its application in automobile industry is proposed.
