金属层状复合材料的超塑变形行为
Superplastic Deformation Behavior of Metal Laminated Composite
【摘要】 通过热压合和轧制的方法研制了金属多层复合材料,对复合材料的超塑性变形行为进行了研究,发现在一定的变形条件下,高塑性材料对低塑性材料存在“牵动效应”。并对复合材料和各组元的流变应力、应变速率敏感性指数m进行了理论推导和实验研究。
【Abstract】 The 7475/LY12 alloy laminated composite was produced with the method of "hot bonding androlling". Its superplastic deformation behavior was investigated In certain deformation conditions . the composite has "drawing effect" that the highly plastic component exerts on the less plastic material And so the superplasticity of the laminated composite is higher than that of the lower material. The tensile stress and strain rate sensitivity m were analysed theoretically and tested experimentally
