【摘要】 回顾了NiTi形状记忆合金薄膜的研究现状。总结了形状记忆合金薄膜的结构及其变化过程、性能特点及其变化规律。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the current status of research on shape memory alloy film is reviewed The striuture of these films and its change during treatment process ,and their property are summarized.
