离子束沉积类金刚石膜对钢在NaCl溶液中耐蚀性能的影响
Effect of Ion-Beam Deposited Diamond-Like Carbon Film on Anti-CorrosionBehavior of Steel in NaCl Solution
【摘要】 采用失重法、极化曲线法和显微金相分析法 ,研究了类金刚石膜涂层对不同基体在NaCl溶液中耐蚀行为的影响。结果表明 ,类金刚石膜在NaCl溶液中有较好的耐蚀性能 ,钢基体上镀类金刚石膜后 ,体系的稳定性提高 ,腐蚀速率下降 ,特别是抗点蚀的能力显著增强。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effcet of ion beam deposited diamond like carbon film on the anti corrosion behavior of three different steel substrate in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated. Experimental results showed that the diamond likecarbon film had high corrosion resistance. The diamond like carbon deposited on steel substrate could improve stability and decrease corrosion rate of steel especially increase resistance to pitting corrosion of steel.
