铸造高硅铝合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷层的耐磨性
Wear Resistance of Micro Arc Oxidated Ceramic Layer on Cast Si-Al Alloy
【摘要】 应用微弧氧化这一高新表面改性技术在 ZL10 9铸造高硅铝合金表面形成了陶瓷层 ,并对其在不同温度下的耐磨特性等进行了对比测试与分析。结果表明 ,该项技术大大地改善了这种合金的表面耐磨性和显微硬度
【Abstract】 The ceramic layer on ZL109 cast Si-Al alloy was formed by micro Arc oxidation surface modification process. The experimental results showed that the wear resistance, and microhardness were improved obviously by the process.
