【摘要】 对我国经济适用房建设的有关问题提出了看法 ,期望能对今后我国经济适用房建设的健康发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 The author puts forward some views on the problems in constructing economical and practical apartments in China,hoping to contribute some references to the future sound development of construction of economical and practical apartments in China.
