【Abstract】 MFI zeolite membrane was prepared on α Al 2O 3 substrate tube by in situ hydrothermal synthesis. The ultrasonic cleaner was used to evaluate the adhesion strength of zeolite crystals on the substrate. The ultrasonic cleaning method, combined with XRD, SEM and other characterization techniques, is effective for characterization of zeolite membrane. The gas permeation behavior through MFI zeolite membrane is different from the Knudsen mechanism, indicating that the MFI zeolite membrane has no defects and has the ability of sieving molecules.更多还原
