天然高纯度卵磷脂的超临界CO2萃取

【摘要】 用超临界 CO2 萃取技术从大豆粗磷脂中萃取天然高纯度卵磷脂 ,用正交实验的方法得到了优化工艺条件 ,即萃取压力 30 MPa,萃取温度 50℃ ,萃取时间为 6h。产品纯度为 98%。残油含量 43%。该法比溶剂法优越 ,产品质量高 ,为开发和综合利用大豆资源开辟了新的途径。

【Abstract】 The purified technology of Lecithin with supercritical CO2 was studied.The pressure,temperature and operation time,which affected the extraction yield,were studied too.The optimum parameter was following:30MPa,50℃,6h.The purity of product is 98%.Natural and pure lecithin was obtained too.
