【摘要】 为评估转Bt-基因棉棉仁粉用作鱼饲料的有效性和安全性 ,将其配成试验饲料进行了 14周鲤鱼喂养。前8周着重就鲤鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数、鱼体化学成分含量等营养学指标进行了观察 ,上述各项指标经统计分析 ,在试验组和对照组之间均无显著性差异。表明转Bt -基因棉棉仁粉经脱棉酚处理后 ,与常规棉棉仁粉一样可作鱼用饲料的蛋白源更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the usefulness and safety of cottonseed meal from Bt transgenic cotton plant as fish food,12 week experiments were conducted on carp culture with its formulated diet In the first eight weeks,it was focused on the observation of nutritional indices such as weight gain、food conversion efficiency、specific growth rate and muscular compositions Statistical analysis of the above indices showed that there were no significant differences between the test group and the control group,suggesting that the cottonseed meal from Bt trangenic cotton plant,can be also used as a fish food resource after the removal of the gossypol更多还原
