汽车稳定性试验装置大型平台变形分析与研究
Deformity Analysis and Research on Large Sized platform of vehicle stability Tester
【摘要】 本文以汽车稳定性试验装置的支承平台为研究对象 ,通过有限元法 ,分析平台变形对重心测试的影响。本文详细阐述了平台变形的各种情况及其对重心测试的影响。以奥史考士消防车为实例 ,根据有限元分析数据进行强度分析。然后详细讨论了各种因素包括车辆重载轴距、轮距、重心位置等对平台变形的影响。最后根据多元函数的误差理论 ,详细分析了重心测试计算式中各参数对重心测试的影响 ,得出平台变形引起的附加角变形对重心测试的影响程度要小于角度传感器本身的测量误差的重要结论。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the supporting platform of vehicle stability tester is studied by means of finite element (FEM) to analyze the influence that the deformity of platform exerts on the measuring of gravity center. In this paper expounds the platform deformity under different working situations and its influence on gravity center measuring. According to output data, strength analysis is carried out and three dimension deformity graphs the drawn. Various factors affecting deformity of platform are discussed in detail. Finally, different parameters in the equation of gravity center measuring are analyzed on basis of error theory and conclusion is reached the degree at which the extra angle increament caused by platform defomity influences gravity center measuring is smaler then the measuring error of angle sensor.
