齿条金相组织的分析

【摘要】 对齿条的金相组织进行了分析,结论认为:齿条原材料中原始组织的非均匀形态的铁素体(块状铁素体、网状铁素体和半网状铁素体)是影响齿条奥氏体化、正火组织、球化组织和淬火组织质量的主要因素,它影响碳化物的数量、形状、尺寸和分布;对于不同状态的金相组织、不同形态的铁素体,其热处理工艺(正义、球化退火、淬火)必须作相应调整;齿条的脱碳层显著降低齿条的耐磨性,并导致齿条平整度的下降;建立健全齿条的金相图谱,确定或规定金相检测区域及控制热处理工艺是保证和提高齿条产品质量的关键。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the metallurgical structure in racks,and proves that the uneven-state ferrite in the raw materials for tacks is the important factor affecting the quality of microstucture, and the structures of austenite normalization, guenching and spheroidization. Be-sides,the state ferrite affects the carbide in number,shape,size and distribution. Accordingly,the heat treatment technique must be adjusted to fit different metallugical structures and different ferrites. The ferrite banding results in a great decrease of the wear resistance and plainness. This paper also tells that integral constitution diagram,accurate test zone and the controlled heat treatment are the keys to improve the quality of rack products
