辐照处理彩色钻石的缺陷中心及阴极发光谱

【摘要】 鉴于钻石的发光光谱与其吸收光谱之间存在镜对称关系这一性质,采用EPMA-阴极发光仪和阴极发光显微镜,对辐照处理彩色钻石的阴极发光及发光谱特征进行研究。结果表明,辐射处理彩钻多属复合发光,其发光色调、强度、谱位与钻石内部杂质氮、氢原子、塑性形变、辐射损伤等缺陷中心密切相关。在发光线系组合中,除N2,N3氮原子心和595,GR1(741)辐射损伤心外,还存在由钻石晶格自振动产生的晶格振动心,另出现的515,517,519心推测属一组新的辐射损伤发光线系组合,ND1(388)心的鉴定意义有待进一步验证。依据分析结果,提出575发光带系主要归因塑性形变而产生的{111}滑移面(线)所致。

【Abstract】 in line with the mirror symmetrical relationship between the luminescence spectrum and absorption spectrum of diamond, the research into the cathode luminescence spectrum features of the irradiated diamond is made with cathode luminescence meter and cathode luminescence microscope. The research results show that the irradiated colour diamond is often featured by the complex luminescence. The colour tints, colour intensity and spectrum location of the luminescence are closely associated with the defect centres of the impurities of nitrogen and hydrogen atom, plastic deformation, irradiation injuries ect. inside the diamond. In the combination of the luminescent line series, there are nitrogen atomic centres: N2 and N3, and irradiation injury centres of 595 and GR1 (741), as is known. In addition, the centres at 515, 517 and 519 are conjectured to belong to a new combination of luminescent line series of irradiation injury. The identification significance of the centre at 388 is to be further proved. The analytical results show that the luminescent line series at 575 is mainly attributed to sliding plane (line) at {111 } resulting from the plastic deformation. The irradiation treatment aggravates the further evolution of this sliding defect.
