【摘要】 用扫描电子显微镜X射线微区分析方法测定了卷柏属 12种卷柏孢子的元素组成 :小孢子主要含有Mg ,Si,P ,S ,Cl,K ,Ca等 7种元素 ,少数种类还含有Cu ,Al和Fe元素 ;大孢子主要含有Mg ,Si,S ,K ,Ca等 5种元素 ,有的种类还含有P ,Cl,Al,Fe和Cu元素 .在不同种类中 ,上述元素的质量分数差异显著 ;在同一种类中 ,大、小孢子的元素组成和质量分数差异显著 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The elemental composition is analysed of sporus in twelve species of Selagneilla by X ray microanalysis in the scanning electron microscope. Seven elements, namely, Mg, Si, P, S, Cl, K and Ca, are found in the small sporus whereas Mg, Si, S, K and Cu exist in the large sporus. In the small sporus P, Cl, Al, Fe and Cu are rarely detected, however, Al, P and Fe are seldomly observed in the large sporus. The results show that among different species the amount of the same element is quite different and in same species the elemental composition and amount vary considerably.更多还原
