线粒体参与了三尖杉酯碱诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡

【摘要】 用流式光度术研究了三尖杉酯碱 (Harringtonine ,HT)诱导人早幼粒白血病HL 6 0细胞及其转染了bcl 2基因的细胞株HL 6 0 /Bcl 2线粒体膜电势的变化 ,数据表明线粒体损伤介导了HT诱导的HL 6 0细胞的凋亡过程 .

【Abstract】 Using flow cytometry, the change of the mitochondrial membr an e potential is studied during the process of harringtonine (HT) treating the nor mal human promyelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60 and the transfected human prom yelocytic leukemia cell line HL-60/Bcl-2 which overexpress the Bcl-2 protein. The results show that the impairment of the mitochondria mediated HT induces ap optotic process in HL-60 cells.
