维脑路通注射液不溶性微粒的研究

【摘要】 目的 :分析维脑路通水针剂微粒的变化情况 ,并与维脑路通输液中微粒进行比较。方法 :用 ZWF- 4D注射液不溶性微粒分析仪测定注射液中的微粒。结果 :维脑路通水针剂稀释到 5%葡萄糖液 2 50 ml以后 ,会使微粒大幅度增加 ,并且与 2 50 ml、含 8g维脑路通输液比较 ,不溶性微粒检测结果有显著性差异。结论 :直接使用维脑路通输液 ,可以减少药源性疾病 ,保障用药安全。

【Abstract】 ? Objective:In this paper insoluble particles of Venoruton injection were analysed and compared with that of Venoruton infusion.Methods:Insoluble particles of Venoruton injection were determined by ZWE 4D particle counter for injection.Results:It was found that the number of particles increased obviously after 5% Glucose injection was added and there was significant difference between Venoruton added in 5% Glucose injection and Venoruton infusion.Conclusion:Direct Venoruton infusion can decrease the drug induced diseases and it is safe. 〔
