【Abstract】 Since the advent of PCSS’s ,they have been paid intensive attention to because of their excellent characteristics ,and the areas of their applications have been widening.The transient photoconductive effects of PCSS’s has been investigated with emphasis on the Dember effect and the effect of some important recombinations on transient photoconductive response of GaAs PCSS’s during the action of laser.更多还原
